In the summer of 2006, I drove from Phoenix to Portland, OR with my two sons and our 1 year old golden retriever. My husband flew into Portland for the drive back. I was nervous about taking our high strung puppy but she did great! The first day she stood up in the backseat the whole day and stayed awake half the night in the hotel but after that first 24 hours she settled down, decided everything was okay and was a great traveler. She seemed to love being with us and exploring new places like the rest of us.

The germansheperd shown in this post remind me of the days when me and Brandy(my labrador) use to freak out together.But after his sad demise I'm left all alone.
